Who Can Apply?
Current Work Experience in Province
You must have recent, valid work experience in the nominating province, usually with the same or a related employer in a skilled occupation.
Active Work Permit
Most PNP experienced worker streams require you to be currently working in the province with a valid work permit at the time of applying.
Intent to Settle
You must demonstrate a genuine intention to live and work long-term in the nominating province after receiving permanent residency.
