Same Company Group
Move from an overseas entity to the UK branch of the same corporate group without starting a new job externally.
Up to 5 Years
Stay and work in the UK for up to 5 years on this route, with the possibility of extending or switching visas.
Senior or Specialist
Designed for senior managers, specialist employees, and graduate trainees being transferred within the company.
Dependants Included
Bring your spouse or partner and dependent children with you to the UK for the duration of your assignment.
Employer Sponsored
Your UK employer must hold a valid sponsor licence and issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) before you apply.
Path to Settlement
After 5 years on a Skilled Worker or ICT route, you may be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR).

Eligibility Requirements
12 Months with Employer
You must have been continuously employed by the same corporate group for at least 12 months (with some exceptions for high earners).
Salary Threshold
You must be paid at or above the Skilled Worker minimum salary threshold for the relevant occupation code.
UK Sponsor Licence Required
The UK employer must hold a valid sponsor licence and issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) before you can apply.
